Flirtcam AI is available exclusively to adults aged eighteen (18) years or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using Flirtcam AI you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Nature of the Service
Flirtcam AI provides text-based interactions with artificial intelligence characters designed to feel like companions. None of the girlfriends on Flirtcam AI are real human beings, and no human is impersonated. Every response is generated by machine learning systems.
4. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to use certain features of Flirtcam AI. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity on your account is deemed your activity.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use Flirtcam AI for illegal purposes, harassment, exploitation of minors, glorification of violence or any activity that harms third parties. Flirtcam AI reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Content and Communications
Content generated during interactions on Flirtcam AI is provided for personal use. You must not scrape, resell or repackage generated content without written permission from Flirtcam AI.
7. Intellectual Property
All models, avatars, artwork, code, trademarks and brand assets on Flirtcam AI are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute them.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features of Flirtcam AI may require a paid subscription. Prices, taxes and renewal terms are disclosed at checkout. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
9. Refund Policy
Digital services on Flirtcam AI are non-returnable once accessed. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for special cases.
10. Free Trials
Flirtcam AI may offer free trials. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
11. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Flirtcam AI to create deepfakes, impersonate real people, generate illegal content, scrape data, run automated bots or bypass rate limits.
13. Third-Party Services
Flirtcam AI integrates with third-party analytics, payment providers and hosting infrastructure. Those services have their own terms which you accept by using Flirtcam AI.
14. Data Retention
Your conversations on Flirtcam AI are stored to enable memory features. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support.
15. Warranties and Disclaimers
Flirtcam AI is provided ‘as is’. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or emotionally accurate.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flirtcam AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Flirtcam AI and its team against any claim arising from your misuse of the platform.
18. Termination
Flirtcam AI may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flirtcam AI is registered.
20. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes will proceed to binding arbitration.

Flirtcam AI may add, modify or remove features at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be highlighted on Flirtcam AI for at least fourteen (14) days.

24. Severability
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force.
25. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without written consent from Flirtcam AI. We may assign them freely.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flirtcam AI.
